This policy explains what Litgo collects, why, and what we never do — like recording your calls or selling your data. It is written to be read by humans, not just lawyers.

1The short version

Litgo collects the minimum needed to run a live video chat: technical data to connect calls, account data if you register, and payment records if you buy coins. Your video and voice calls are never recorded. Your data is never sold. You can see or delete what is tied to you by asking.

2What we collect

Depending on how you use Litgo, we process some or all of the following:

  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and connection quality — needed to establish and maintain calls
  • Usage data: which features you use, match history and your chat history, so you can follow people and pick conversations back up
  • Account data: email address and profile details, if you choose to register
  • Payment data: purchase records handled by our payment processors — Litgo never sees or stores your full card number
  • Support data: whatever you include when you write to us

3What happens to your calls

Nothing, beyond the call itself. Video and voice calls on Litgo are transmitted peer to peer between the two participants and are never recorded by the platform, never broadcast, and never shown to other users. Text chats are stored so both sides can continue a conversation later — that is a feature, and you can delete your side.

4What we never do

We never sell your data, to anyone, in any form. We never record your video or voice calls. We never show your activity to advertisers. Analytics on the site measure product usage — which pages load, which buttons work — not who you are.

5Cookies and similar tech

Litgo uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure product usage. The cookie policy lists them by name and purpose.

6Your rights and choices

You can request a copy of the data tied to your account, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account removes your profile, match history and chat history. Write to [email protected] with the email tied to your account and we handle the rest — usually within a few business days.

7Data security and retention

Account and payment data live on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to the people who need it to run the service. We keep data only as long as your account exists or the law requires; when you delete your account, your data goes with it, apart from records we must legally retain (such as payment receipts).

8Changes and contact

When this policy changes, the date at the top moves and material changes are announced on the site. Privacy questions and requests: [email protected], or the contact page.
