Refund Policy

Coins on Litgo are one-time purchases — no subscriptions, so nothing can "renew by surprise" and need cancelling. This policy covers the cases where money comes back, and how to ask.

1When you can get a refund

We refund coin purchases in these cases, in full:

  • A charge that failed on our side but still hit your card
  • A duplicate charge for the same purchase
  • Coins you paid for that never arrived in your balance
  • A purchase made without your authorization — for example by someone with access to your device

2The one fair-use rule

Refunds cover unspent coins. Coins that were already used — on longer sessions, gifts or VIP — were delivered and enjoyed, and are not refundable. If part of a bundle is unspent, we refund the unspent part.

3How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email tied to your account and the payment receipt (or the date and amount of the charge). Billing cases jump the support queue — you will hear back within one to two business days, and approved refunds return to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, that takes a few more days to show.

4Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before writing to us, the account is frozen while the dispute runs — banks treat chargebacks as suspected fraud. Almost everything a chargeback fixes, a support email fixes faster, so write to us first via the contact page.

5What is not covered

Change of mind after coins are spent, and conversations that simply did not go the way you hoped, are not refundable. The free first matches exist precisely so you can judge Litgo before spending anything — is Litgo free? explains what never costs money.
