1Who may use Litgo

Litgo is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the service. By entering the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We terminate any account we learn belongs to a minor.

2What Litgo provides

Litgo is a live one-on-one video chat service that runs in your web browser. The matcher pairs you with another user who is online at that moment; you can talk by video, voice or text, with instant translation inside the chat. Every call is private between the two of you — Litgo does not record calls and does not broadcast them to anyone.

We work to keep the service available around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or retire features as the product evolves.

3The rules of the room

One rule covers most of it: treat the person on the other side like a person. In concrete terms, you agree not to:

• Use Litgo if you are under 18, or let a minor use your account
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Share illegal content, or content involving minors in any way
• Record, screenshot or redistribute another user's image or call without their consent
• Run scams, spam, or commercial solicitations inside chats
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity to deceive

4Enforcement

Reports are reviewed by human moderators around the clock. Depending on severity we warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts. Severe violations — anything involving minors, threats of harm, or illegal content — mean an immediate permanent ban and, where the law requires, a report to the authorities. Decisions on severe cases are final.

5Coins and payments

Litgo is free to start: opening the site and your first matches cost nothing. Longer sessions and extras such as virtual gifts or VIP use coins, which are sold in clearly priced one-time bundles. Litgo has no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. Coins are shown before you spend them, and purchases are covered by the refund policy.

6Your content and your privacy

You keep the rights to whatever you say or show in a call. You grant Litgo the limited technical license needed to transmit your video and audio to the other person in the call — nothing more. How we handle account data is set out in the privacy policy. Your data is never sold.

7Liability, plainly

Litgo connects strangers; we are not a party to your conversations and we are not responsible for what other users say or do. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. If something goes wrong, the practical remedy is the one tap you always have: skip, report, block.

8Changes and contact
